Terms and Conditions
1. Reservations are accepted and confirmed on receipt of a deposit of £100.00 per adult per week and £50.00 per child per week. A lesser deposit, usually of the first nights stay, will be accepted for bookings of less than four days. These amounts will be deducted from the final account.
2. In the event of cancellations, deposits are non-refundable. This applies in any circumstance and is not negotiable.
3. In the event of cancellations made within 28 days of the planned arrival date, a charge of two thirds (2/3rds) of the outstanding balance will be made. This applies in any circumstance and is not negotiable.
4. If during your stay you have to cut short your holiday, for whatever reason, then payment in full of the outstanding balance will become due, prior to your departure. Refunds will not be given for late arrivals, early departures, or meals not taken.
5. Payment of your outstanding balance is due on your arrival and not in the middle, or end, of your stay.
6. Vehicles and their contents are left in our car park entirely at their owners risk. The owners of The Hollies accept no responsibility for damage to, or theft of vehicles or their contents whilst left in the car park.
7. We have the right to expect full payment for any deliberate, or accidental damage caused by guests staying on the premises.
8. Deposits and balances are to be paid by card or cash. Cheques for deposits only may be arranged, but only with the prior agreement of the owners.
9. A 2% credit card processing fee will be charged, at all times, when a credit card is presented as payment. No charge is made for debit card payments. |
